As part of a migration from Squarespace to being self-hosted, the client was looking for a website redesign, with the focus on website optimisation. I prototyped and designed the landing page in Figma, with implementation with NextJS for the proof of concept - The Lighthouse score improved from 60 to 99.
Some of the proposed features, such as the discovery map of Japan, were retained after the project.
